Bob Simpson Biography by
Bob Simpson(1999)
Bob was
a radical activist in the Washington D.C. area during the 1960's. A
former history teacher, he does web and multimedia production for
the CWLU Herstory Website Project.
After
meeting Estelle Carol in Cuba in 1974, he came to Chicago and attended
a number of CWLU events. He was very impressed by the CWLU's grassroots
action projects and became lifelong friends with several CWLU members.
He is
currently Estelle Carol's partner in her graphic design and illustration
business as well as in her Carol*Simpson labor cartoon team. Bob is
very excited about the possibilities of historical preservation on
the Internet and finds working on the CWLU Herstory Website Project
"a lot of fun." He is the father of two children. His daughter
Dana has assisted in site production.
